ADVITAMCORK PROCESS FOR CORK STOPPERS
It is an innovative system whose purpose is to restore siliconized and screen-printed stoppers without using chemicals—only dechlorinated water—without losing size or quality. Once they have gone through the process, they are ready to be used again.
One of the most commonly used methods today is reducing the size of the stoppers in order to remove product residues and branding. The problem is that it has a very important drawback: the value of the stopper is much lower when its size is reduced.
AdvitamCork is a process carried out with our own machinery. It is a Non-invasive process, where no chemicals are used. All traces of surface treatment (silicone and paraffin) and 100% of ink marking are removed, without affecting either the size of the stopper or its visual quality.
The stoppers are delivered washed, either with bleaching wash or neutral wash.
